i book through dm to get all the correct info but log my appts on an app & it saves my clients profiles like a contact, it keeps track of cancellations, previous & future appts (:

I have the clients put the inspo picture that they would like when they book using the form. and I send them a confirmation text after I price it out.

If a client books for nails and pedicure and u do nails first but half way she says nvm about the pedicure, what do you do with the pedi stuff? Do u still charge her a fee? You throw everything away?
