It's a bit hard to judge over a video, but it looks like maybe too many products which ways your type of hair down and pulls out the curls. I actually only use one product!

leave ins and cremes mostly help to retain moisture and reduce frizz. mousse and gels provide hold (mousse provides a lighter hold + more volume). you can try just 1 out of both categories and see!

I honestly think this result looks really good!! Like a nice loose beach curl. I think you just need to get used to seeing yourself with your natural hair. :)

I heard from somewhere that if you have soft wavy hair to skip conditioner since it can be too heavy and just use leave in conditioner instead and maybe try gel too!

If you’re using leave in, cream and mousse that’s too much product! Just use the first two and use a styling brush and try drying with your head upside down 🥰

I like the ouidad gel for a good hold without being too heavy. the curls stay defined but very soft

When raking products through please rake up and away from scalp for volume. Chuck out the mousse and use a gel/jelly, your curls will last so much longer
