Avene eye cream and the aveene oat balm saved my eyes recently. I was ill and had the worst flare of my life. Top up with Vaseline at night

I had this last year, it drove me mad, I now use SVR palperal cream whenever I notice my skin is a little dry and it works wonders, think I got it from Look fantastic x

I know it’s controversial but all I do is (winter only) I do like 1 sunbed a fortnight for like 3-5 mins. It just keeps the skin good. And don’t do them spring summer just during the cold months

Steroid creams cause way more trouble than they're worth imo. I used it ONCE because I had a bad allergic reaction and I've been plagued with perioral dermatitis for the past year and a half since 🤦

As an eczema girlie who was told to use small amounts of steroid creams on my face. I then needed 3months of antibiotics as they caused peri oral dermatitis 🫠

I’ve suffered so bad with this, it does get better!!! I use epaderm ointment. Totally calming to the skin but quite thick so I tend to lather it on before I go to bed to work overnight x
