Well during the state of an emergency then law-enforcement shouldn’t be open carry in either if law-enforcement is still able to then so can American citizens the constitution doesn’t stop when it stated emergencies is enacted this right here proves that the government believes they have more authority than we the people of the United States and the fact that he wants to put this guy in jail or give him a ticket it’s all about power and generating revenue it’s not about the law and the fact that the City attorney that he called sounded like he was familiar with the guy with the last name flowers which would mean it’s a conspiracy against a citizen of the United States that is not breaking a law or a conspiracy against a citizen who is exercising their constitutional rights

In FL the Governor can declare a state of emergency, but the Gov has to specifically revoke open carry, it is not automatic.
