My players spent more time at the entrance of a hedge maze than they did walking through it. They even built a fire and made tea! I didn't think I planned enough and we ending up going over.

my players spent a while convincing a devil to help them age their wrymlings into greatwyrms. then they spent 2 hours comprimising with arch angels to have limited visitation with their greatwryms.

The more I prep, the less likely they are to do anything with it. Yesterday I Pantsed the entire session and it went great. Even Google maps I needed on the fly.

I over prepare for sessions, but then they frolic in a field for two sessions, but then they always end up getting so much done the 1-2 sessions after so it helps me in the long run, which is funny😂
