Haha it’s like eating plain rice 😊 try with something spicy next time! Also you can get the yucca in frozen pieces and save you some work!

I’d recommend trying fufu from a local African restaurant if you have one, especially with a traditional African soup or stew. I use it kind of like naan in a curry, just scoop with the fufu! 😋

tip from a Brazilian: you can buy the cassava without skin You could also cook it a little with the skin and remove it later But, the best way to remove skin from raw cassava is holding it with one hand and spin it while your knife is in the other hand. You're supposed to eat it with soup. An example is palmnut soup. On its own it's useless. If you would like better fufu, they sell the boxed powder version in city supermarkets or African shops.
