Not sure if anybody realises that businesses need to make a profit in order to stay open. Harvey Norman is built on service. When people need advice its where they go. The staff spend countless hours/weeks per year training to give that advice. So while this skit is funny, its only a small percentage of people who are like this and don't consider that while they are screwing companies like HN and JB for price, they weekly spend 400% more than they should on groceries and fuel. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
