I have volunteered to call for various candidates and people tell me they aren’t registered to vote bc the person doesn’t want to serve on a jury. (This is not how jury pools are selected.)

I heard a lot of people didn’t get their mail in ballots in time. Also all those huge lines and hours long waits in big cities were probably a deterrent too.

There was only one I didn’t vote in: 2016. And thats because I was mid move across an ocean. I was both too tired and too new to the area to know where to go.
