Ratusan tenaga kesehatan di Pemerintah Kota Lhokseumawe, Provinsi Aceh, menggelar demonstrasi di kantor wali kota pada Rabu (19/11/2025). Aksi ini dilakukan karena nama mereka tidak terdaftar dalam database Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), yang mengakibatkan mereka tidak bisa mendapatkan surat keterangan kerja dan tidak dapat diangkat menjadi Pegawai dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Salah seorang demonstran, Fitriani, dalam orasinya meminta Wali Kota Lhokseumawe, Sayuti Abubakar, menemui BKN agar nama mereka dapat terdaftar. “Kami dapat informasi per 31 Desember 2026 sudah tutup terkait dengan pengusulan nama ke database. Jadi mau tidak mau sebelum 31 Desember nama kami harus masuk database,” ujar Fitriani. Lebih lanjut, Fitriani menegaskan, jika tidak terdaftar dalam data BKN, mereka terpaksa dirumahkan, meskipun telah bekerja selama bertahun-tahun. “Bahkan saat Covid-19 kami garda paling depan,” tegasnya.
