@anastasijaeats: Every morning after a binge I would make myself promises that I will “do better” and stop the urge when it comes. I would kill myself at the gym and eat way less than my body required. Little did I know that restricting and skipping breakfast due to a highly caloric meal from the previous night wasn’t helping me but instead keeping me stuck in that vicious cycle! Whenever night time came, the slightest inconveniece (like not falling asleep easily or my baby crying) would push mi to a new binge episode. I was eating away my feelings instead of finding mechanisms to make myself feel safe and comfortable without the extra food. This was my first day of starting to eat “more” in order to control my binges.
