I had this as a shadow code for a long time, I was reading at 50-60 psi on my low pressure line at idle, replaced with updated sensor and was reading and 70-80 and code went away

Could be the breather hose on the rear passenger wheel well if u tire rubs and causes a hole

Most likely hpfp, mine kept throwing those codes before finally checking out and putting me in limp mode, buy oem too fcp euro is the way to go with the life time warranty. On my 3rd one cause the e85

Check ur fuel pumps/sensors/regulators, you can also read the pressure of both hpfp and LPFP to see which one may be causing problems

I would try getting a read out on the low and high pressure fuel sensor first. Not sure if mhd is able to read those sensors

It says fuel pump, probably start with the LP Fuel pump in the tank,

i've got a e92 330i at 17 but bro i honestly think im gonna swap the n54 engine for a n55. Alot of people say it is better then then 54

That code will always be there if you’re coded or have any fuel pump upgrades

If you upgraded your fuel pump , its normal to have. I drive my ST n54 on the daily with that code with no issues and no check engine light
