I have a door that opens completely by itself, it is level but it cannot remain open in half because it opens completely as far as it can be opened, what could I do to repair that fault

bending won't help .... it short term solution you need to redo the hinges.... it's not hard

just gonna sag again, plus you weakened the hinge, mortise the top hinge and middle hinge deeper into either the jamb or the door is a better fix
