As a landlord, it might be my property but it’s my tenants home. And they have the right to peaceful enjoyment of that home. She needs to give them notice, she can’t just barge in whenever she feels.

For anyone confused, my lease specifically said that they can come to inspect my place or come in if they want but they MUST give at least 24 hours notice. Which is pretty standard. Whoever is saying that this is legal is wrong. Man does know his rights ✨

I once read that if you rent a house out to someone else, you can not consider it "your property" anymore untill the rent agreement is over. it's "their property" until the renting is over
