I train traps and rear delts (3 sets each) so I end up doing 15 sets in a session on my upper day, is this okay or would you suggest I maybe only do 2 sets or do one or both on the lower day (along with forearms which I also do on the lower day)?

Additionally you can put something like triceps at the start of your lower day to bias that more without hindering the rest of your upper day etc
