A little recipe I learned from my MIL: Fire cider for colds- 1 onion 3 (min) garlic cloves, ginger root, turmeric root, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 3 tbsp honey, chilli powder, 1 jalapeño pepper and seeds.

Unrelated but I know most immune supplements are way too much vitamin c (like airborne) but I think there's something to the placebo effect

Any UK girlies here my fav multivitamin is from Holland and Barrett called Ultra Women!! This has the correct zinc-copper dosage :)
