I don’t care what spin you attempt to put on it. There is no justification for a person to be unalived for talking excitedly with no possession of any thing that would be considered a weapon. And any person who is intellectually honest that uses the train service will tell you that their are always people who get on trains and act ou t excitedly and injuries occur to anyone other than people becoming alert.
