No ur gonna break all ur hair its okay for a lot to fall out it’s bc the loose hairs get trapped in the curls especially depending on your hair type its normal trust me

Thiss! But i don’t everyday.. i do oil & lightly finger detangle everyday. By the time it’s day before wash, it’s mostly stretched/tangle free & i can dry brush.

Maybe try putting conditioner in it while brushing from top to bottom before rinsing? Also curly hair holds up the fallen hair more than straight/wavy hair so it may be that?

No stop because my mom told me that ever since I started doing a wavy hair routine, my hairs has decreased in thickness. I couldn’t figure it out but realized that ever since I started detangling my hair in the shower, I’ve been losing triple the amount of hair 😭
