@tarah.and.barry: As a neurospicy ADHD girlie, “normal” gyms have always been SO overwhelming and overstimulating for me and this was something I have struggled with ever since being signed up at a conventional gym. I would find myself going through these cycles where I would go because I knew how important exercise was for my ADHD BUT… then I would stop because I just hated the environment. After literally talking about it for years and saving our little pennies for as long as i can remember we finally bit the bullet!
