Combine the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl. 2. Gradually add the bread flour and milk powder (if using), mixing until a rough dough forms. 3. Incorporate the butter and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. 4. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size. 5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions (about 100g each). Press each portion lightly to release air, then form into smooth balls. 6. Let the dough balls rest for 15 minutes. 7. Press each dough ball again, form into balls, press a bit on the top, and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes. 8. Prepare an egg wash by mixing 25g of egg with 2 tablespoons of milk. Brush the buns with this mixture before baking. 9. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 10. Bake the buns at 180°C for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown. 11. Once out of the oven, immediately brush the buns with melted butter for a soft, shiny finish. 12. Allow the buns to cool completely before filling. Milk Cream Filling • 300g whipped cream • 60g mascarpone cheese • 50g condensed milk • 25g sugar Instructions: 1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and fluffy. 2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. Assembly 1. Once the buns are cooled, use a piping bag to fill each bun with the cream. Insert the nozzle into the bottom or side of the bun and squeeze in the filling until full. 2.
