I recently transported a patient who had not 1 but 4 aneurysms on their aorta. one on the arch was 5.2 one and on the descending aorta coming in at 4.8. The patient wasn't even 50.

Echo here, found one like this a few years ago. As soon as I finished, I called cardiology. He was on the phone with me as the images started crossing over and each one he saw was followed by “oh no.”
