Seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. On a lined baking sheet, place sweet potatoes cut side down. Rub the remaining olive oil on the opposite side. Fake on 400 for 40 minutes. Flip half way. After 40 minutes to remove from the oven and drizzle Mike’s hot honey on top. Set your oven to broil and add sweet potatoes back to the oven. Broil until the top is golden brown. It will cook quickly, so be sure to watch!
