Not cheese but rule I made when I was in my younger 20s was “one slice of bread before bed is better for the head” basically after eating drinking eat a slice of bread would stop the hangover 🤣

I grew up with people saying to drink a full glass of milk before going out drinking. 🤔 I suppose that would be the same thing.
