I have to eat way way more fiber or take supplements to get things moving and soften things up. It’s a consistent battle. Ugh. But way better when hydrated too. Also I had to decrease my dosage.

I’ve only done this once. And it the pain was actually trapped gas. I took Phayzene on time for 24hours had a burp that felt like it came straight from the depths of hell and then I was good.

Milk of magnesium. I take a dose on the days things don’t move. If it moves on its own, I skip that day. I know I’m in trouble if 3 days go by and nothing has moved.

Increased protein and fiber means you have to increase your water intake. If you don't, the protein/fiber powders can cause an impaction. Your body needs the extra water.

Benefiber healthy shape, miralax and the occasional suppository have helped me. Sometimes I only go once a week and it’s so uncomfortable! Been on GLP1 since May 2022.
