This happens to me. Guy cut me as I was going for a layup. Fell right on my head. Hoped right up and kept playing. Looking back I got EXTREMELY lucky.

I was at the game, and I prayed and cried until I heard that he was ok. The power of prayer took over, it was nothing but God moving. I give God all the glory for answering so many of our prayers🙏🏽

They need to start letting these guys hang on the rim. Not for celebration but for safety. There was no reason for him to let go right there but I’m sure he did to avoid the penalty.

This is a great point as to why the players need to be taught first aid. Their player went down with a spine/neck injury and they are trying to roll them and moving his head al over.

I gringe everytime becuz I was temporarily paralyzed from neck down for a week playing college basketball in 1995. I have hella pain conditions/arthritis now in my late 40s but blessed to be walking.

The lack of urgency the medical staff have in basketball is concerning. They seen the fall and they still sit there. Even when Poa fell at LSU, they just sat there.

I went back and watched. That was a horrible fall. Number 6 on SC never moved. He looked genuinely scared for the player that fell. Kudos to number 6. Also, number 30 didn’t walk
