Instruction • Adjust the simulator according to the length of your legs. Sit in the simulator and press your back firmly in to the backrest of the simulator. Bend the knees and place the ankles under the special rollers. • Straighten the legs at the knee joints until they are in a horizontal position. Then, slowly return to the starting position by bending the legs. Warning • Work slowly, without using inertial force. • Press your back firmly against the seat of the simulator.
