You get to try so many pieces and the marinated pieces were also AMAZING!!! So tender, melts in your mouth and has a good balance of both the fattier parts as well as the leaner pieces. Also if you want to indulge in their extra dishes this naengmyeon was a great palette cleanser with all that meat. My personal favorite pieces were the marinated pieces as well as the short rib!
