I’d love for you to try mine - it’s called Malai. It’s specifically formulated to be balanced in linoleic and oleic acids so it stays skin friendly, which 100% pure tallow is not.

Beef tallow from the butcher most likely isn’t rendered enough for skin care. More use for frying and baking. That’s why you would break out still have impurities in it.

the beef tallow you buy at the store for cooking vs skincare is rendered differently. the skincare one is rendered more to not have any impurities vs the cooking one which normally does.

I get one off of Etsy that comes in a huge jar and it’s for skincare. I have sensitive acne prone skin and it’s never made me breakout. The one you get from the store for cooking isn’t as pure
