It helps strengthen your uterus if you’re consistent. I swear it helped with my quick labor, tiniest tear, and recovery!

I started at 36 weeks and doubled it at 37 weeks and i pushed him out in 3 pushes no tears!! It works wonders 🥹🤍 good luck to all the beautiful moms🤍

Been doing it since 36 weeks but I take a coffee cup fill it with hot water and steep 4 bags in it for 30 minutes before transferring it to the fridge overnight with the bags still in the cup.

i didn’t need any Pitocin during labor thank goddess 😳 but my contractions, while pushing were really far apart, which honestly helped me gave me a break .
