Load from shipper was definitely $4500 or $4600. Broker took $1900 or $2000 off the top, and you are left with $2600. Brokers are making more than driver.

As a broker, this is cheap, BUT the issue is drivers are taking it. I have GREAT carriers taking 2/mile loads cross country that they call ME for.

Brokers are trying to keep a huge percentage of the money without any work, trucks require so much maintenance and permits and insurance, plus the drivers work These brokers want to only pay for fuel!
