The only thing that made them go away for me was going gluten free 😭 Also when I go to Europe for a couple weeks it goes away and my skin is SO SMOOTH 💔 American wheat sucksssss

Ngl I had horrible flares until I started using an african sponge, body washes w/ hyaluronic acid, & unscented lotions. I still get flares on my thighs but not my arms & lower legs anymore :)
