It’s free from wheat, peanut, tree nut, dairy, fish, shell fish. These are also vegan and gluten free. These sent me 3 different flavors; chcoo mint, cookie dough, and choco brownie. It’s also came with a handwritten note. Although this is very sweet I felt it could have been presented a bit better. On a cut out square of printer paper they wrote their message. It is also hard to read. I love that they sent two of each flavor as well!
