It's easier said than done. The level of unprofessionalism our officers have is insane. They will start shouting already pointing a weapon at you. Speaking from my experience.

The whole appointment card thing will never work in SA, I mean there’s no way to verify it so what if it’s a fake card? There’s just no point in even asking to see it

nah before u tell a police officer that you have a firearm firstly ask for an appointment card because telling someone that you have a gun without confirming if they are legit might cause prob for you

I don’t know if it’s me or what but they almost never ask about my firearm until they see the license, then that’s when they ask for it. I actually like the fact that nobody notices it(firearm)😂
