You should really use F60. The vinyl is rippled. Get your 2 cuts even height when you mitre and you haven’t got to muck about trimming several times. What temperature did you have your weld gun set?

When using exacto for internal or external, heat the blades up slightly before trimming using your welder. Makes trimming much easier and neater👍
