you know i always put on your 30min workouts and say to myself "just do 15mins" when im not in the mood. but i ALWAYS ALWAYS end up completing the 30min workout!! 🙏🏻

Try is made me feel a lot better! I tried your 10,000 step workout today and I stopped at 23 minutes cause it was to much for me. And I thought I was really bad. But seeing this made me change my mind

i do a youtube pilates workout every day and they never last more than fifteen minutes. maybe it’s not an hour of exercise every day but i’ve never been more consistent or felt better

I started this in December just making sure I do one grow with jo workout M-F no matter what even if it’s only 10 mins. And now I’ve built consistency so now I’m trying to do 30 mins works outs M-F.
