1d4 is the same damage as a sling I'd say you change it to a 5 lb weight (wizards can't use it with magehand or catapult that way) turn it to 1d6 or 1d8 (versatile) Add the finesse weapon tag to it

Ehh the attunement doesn't feel necessary I get what you were going for but honestly just make the practicing part of getting proficiency in the weapon I think it taking an attunement slot is a lot

Honestly, with all those moves I feel like the only way to accurately portray a Meteorhammer is with a specialized subclass, just trying to decide if Monk or Fighter is more fitting.

1. Attunement is a cool concept, but generally proficiency is the way to go for hard to master weapons. Maybe require special proficiencies like the Dual Scimitar.
