unless you have unusually big hands those are not asbestos tiles and if they were your good it's the glue you have to be careful with

The tiles are 9x9 and contain non-friable asbestos. Basically safe. The black glue contains friable asbestos and is very dangerous when it gets loose. The powder from the glue is not safe at all.
