Demeter has a “snow”, “fuzzy sweater” (so maybe wool?) and “hay” fragrance. I’ve not tried them, but I have a collection of their fragrances and they’re always spot on and really affordable.

I have the fragrance called “stable” by Demeter, it is one of my all time favorite scents! It smells like dusty hay or alfalfa. I’d definitely describe it as a cold weather scent. I wear it daily

I did a wear test of Fall Creek by Cirrus Parfums yesterday and it really nailed the cold air or freezing creek vibe for me. There's some other notes that you may not like but it's worth a sample❤️
