The most important part is to wash your hands or use gloves. And don’t let it get on your pillow. Keep your head covered and hands out of your head. That’s why people are going hair everywhere else.

Disclaimer it takes at least 4 months to see any start of result. It may TEMPORARILY cause hair shedding because it is restarting the growth cycle for every strand.

Something natural that you can do is a scalp detox. Wash your hair then rub a lemon, orange or aloe on your scalp. Then i sit under a steamer with conditioner. Then rinse.
