I am ADHD and even something as small as not replying to my message when I can see you are online is enough to trigger my RSD and because I cannot regulate my emotions, I cannot change my feelings

I agree. However, as someone with ADHD that suffers from RSD, the step from being self aware enough to realise that the RSD is the cause and then redirecting and correcting the thinking is hugggeeeeee

Yes it's part of ADHD, but sometimes hard to differentiate from anxiety, or GAD.
