I have prayed for 3 hrs straight. Just like that, not forced at all. I just went praying until I felt I wasn’t called to play, then I looked at the clock and 3 hrs passed. The best thing ever.

I had PTSD once after a near death experience... I went before the blessed sacrament during mass and asked God to remove the fear and flashbacks, IMMEDIATELY it stopped! IMMEDIATELY! I even tried to reimagine the flashback and there's was a obvious blockage stopping me from ruminating! Christ Jesus is good!!!
