@kellyscleankitchen: He to make pistachios stuffed dates Ingredients: 1. 1 cup pistachios, peeled and roasted 2. 1 tbsp sugar 3. Pinch of salt 4. 20 large dates, pit removed 5. 1 cup dark chocolate chips Instructions: 1. In a food processor, add the pistachios and turn on the processor. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides down as needed. Once smooth, mix in the sugar and salt. 2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler. 3. Stuff the dates with a teaspoon or two of the pistachio paste, then dip half of the date into the chocolate to coat. Place on a parchment lined sheet tray. Do this with all of the dates, then refrigerate to harden the chocolate. 4. Enjoy or store in the fridge until giving to friends! #christmascooking #holidaygift #dates #candy #cooking
