They don’t start at 32 lol they start at 20 something. I’ve been driving for 3 years and I am at 31.20 and next August I top out at like 47

you start at $23 hr, yearly raises goes 23-24-25-30.75 then top rate when you complete 4 yrs driving which is 44 atm. you can start at higher rate but you'll be a seasonal driver,

You start out working a few days a week like one or two. The layoffs are terrible through out the career. You can’t rely on having a steady paycheck at this place.
