there should be a notification that tells you when you’re downloading the packs that it’s completed. i suggest downloading them in like chunks

I just got this exact notification on my sims 4 not too long ago and all my files are deleted, the load game option is gone so I can’t even go to my recently saved game. Were u able to get your sims 4 account back?
