Take a 1 to 3 min break and repeat the cycle again 2 or more times. Note, these exercises should be done back to back without a break until the end of the cycle. Also, on the stationary lunges, if you can complete the lunges but not all the curls, finish out the lunge set without the curls. Lastly, if you find the dumbbells a bit too heavy or light for shoulder press and side bends, grab additional weights or do more reps. #homeworkout #kitchenworkout #workout #danwelden #onlygymfans
