Personally, I feel pushed aside in favor of more trendy/luxury services. I book a month+ out and the stylist will mix my bowl but an assistant does the rest. Application, rinse, blowout.

I agree w you 💯! I removed black box dye & went to a professional after, my hair melted off at my ears. I will trim my hair & gloss it, but I’ll never do anything more again. Lesson was deflearned 😂

destroying your hair isn't even the worst case scenario either. imagine bleaching your scalp 3 times with 30 or 40 vol and having SEVERE burns or mixing chemicals that have a reaction
