Telogen effluvium. I had it twice and it was so distressing. It did stop after about 3 months. After was so much regrowth. It will pass!

I also struggle with TE.. I have yet to see a derm but the shedding is exhausting 🥲 hopefully you find what works for you girly !🤞🏼 followed !!🥰

I noticed a bald spot after detangling and the dermatologist stated it was Alopecia Areata, gave me injections and topical along with using minoxidil 😔 but when I wash and detangle I’m shedding so much hair, it’s so upsetting. I just think it’s getting worse for me.

i understand!..This is happening to me right now every time on wash days as well. my derm prescribed me 1.5mg minoxidil. Also I ordered oral pumpkin seed oil. I heard that helps stop the fall out!
