I work in car sales. Our test route is 30/40 minutes & it has a mixture of 30mph town driving, 50mph country roads, and the A46 to see what it's like at motorway speeds. I insist they go for a drive.

My Mum never test drives a car, she doesn’t want to, if it has the spec she wants and she likes the colour it’s a done deal 😂 I do the check overs and test drives prior to buying.

i had a ds5, great looking car, however the 1.6 e-hdi is slow and clunky, and the fact it's beastly heavy makes it even slower. wish I went for the 2.0 version
