Bought my first house with an fha and the house was already fha inspected, well went to sell it a year later and it needed all the roof trusses redone and black mold in the crawl space

hurricane ties joist to beam, blocking for the joists at the beam. footers for the posts. and if you want to make it have no side to side movement a 2x4 or 2 from house corner to post corner at a 45
