ooooo man. I WISH we had 2 bays for techs. Sonic Automotive wants a tech in every single stall and we don't have enough to go around so all of our guys are surviving off of 60-80 hours every 2 weeks😅

My old boss kept telling me to stop recommending all this stuff and refused to give me work then turns around and says I don’t recommend enough or produce enough. Walked out. Never happier.

i feel like theres a good middle ground. my boss bullies me a little, but he has told me he only does it cause he knows i can take it, and hes kind to me when he sees im stressed

Everyone’s different. We all respond different. The hard approach doesn’t work. Ppl will work harder for ppl that treat them well. This doesn’t mean be a pushover just treat others as you want to be treated
