Have you ever tested for SIBO? Often it masks itself as gluten and dairy sensitivity but causes bloat like this & is easily fixed with antibiotics. I just sent in my own SIBO test for the same reason!

First Christmas finding out I’m gluten intolerant, did the same thing and 100000% regret it! Don’t think I’ll be doing the same thing next year. I have learned my lesson.
